We successfully managed the disassembly of an 87.5 MW gas-fired power station in Ghorashal, Bangladesh.
The Scope:
- Project management and supervision of electrical and mechanical disassembly.
- Conducting heavy crane lift studies.
- Design, supply, and exportation of specialist lifting equipment.
- Specialist packaging.

Power Station Disassembly & Preservation - North Island, New Zealand (2022)
Engaged as the contractor for disassembling, packaging, and preserving a 140MW power station.
The Scope:
- Mechanical disassembly.
- Heavy crane lift coordination (up to 80 tonnes).
- Procurement and supply of specialist lifting equipment.
- Over-dimensional heavy haulage.
- Long-term storage and preservation of equipment.
